END LOCAL COMMUNIST ARMED CONFLICT (ELCAC) ACT
The bill seeks to institutionalize the Whole-of-Nation Approach to achieve inclusive and sustainable peace by creating the National Council to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, which will coordinate peace efforts across various sectors and government agencies.
