Compensation for imprisonment

AMENDING R.A. NO. 7309 (CREATING A BOARD OF CLAIMS)

This bill amends Republic Act No. 7309, which established a Board of Claims under the Department of Justice for victims of unjust imprisonment or violent crimes. It proposes to increase compensation limits and extend the filing period for claims.
