AMENDING R.A. NO. 11696 (MARAWI SIEGE VICTIMS COMPENSATION ACT)
This bill amends the Marawi Siege Victims Compensation Act of 2022 to include additional barangays affected by the Marawi Siege and changes the basis for monetary compensation from fair market value to replacement or repair cost.
