INDIGENOUS CULTURAL COMMUNITIES AND INDIGENOUS PEOPLES (ICCS/IPS)

This bill aims to recognize Indigenous Cultural Communities and Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) and their community conserved territories and areas (ICCAs). It establishes a National ICCA Registry to document these areas and appropriates funds for its implementation.
