UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES NATIONAL CLIMATE RESILIENCE INSTITUTE ACT

This bill establishes the University of the Philippines National Climate Resilience Institute (UP NCRI) to enhance the country's capacity for climate resilience through research, education, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
