Civil Service Eligibility

CIVIL SERVICE SPECIAL ELIGIBILITY ACT

This bill aims to grant special civil service eligibility to qualified individuals who have served in government positions for at least ten years but have not passed the Civil Service Exam. It amends Section 23 of the Civil Service Act of 1959 to include these individuals in the eligibility criteria for government employment.
