FIRST CATANDUANES ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. (FICELCO)

This bill grants a legislative franchise to the First Catanduanes Electric Cooperative, Inc. (FICELCO) to construct, operate, and maintain an electric power distribution system in several municipalities of Catanduanes.
