BREAST MILK BANKING ACT

The Breast Milk Banking Act aims to strengthen breastfeeding practices and establish a national breast milk banking network in the Philippines. It seeks to improve access to donor breast milk, especially for vulnerable infants, and provides mechanisms for the establishment and regulation of breast milk banks across the country.
