FURTHER PROMOTING THE RENEWABLE ENERGY
This bill aims to enhance the promotion of renewable energy in the Philippines by amending existing laws to ensure local government units (LGUs) receive a fair share of revenues from renewable energy projects and to establish safety measures for critical infrastructure.
DND PROPER TRANSFORMATION ACT
The DND Proper Transformation Act aims to strengthen the Department of National Defense (DND) by modernizing its structure and operations, ensuring it can effectively respond to national security challenges. It proposes organizational updates, including the establishment of sub-national offices and a Corps of National Defense Specialists, and mandates a progressive increase in the DND's budget to at least 2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) within five years.
THE NATIONAL DEFENSE ACT
