Anti-Carnapping Act

EXPANDING THE COVERAGE OF R.A. NO. 10883 (NEW ANTI-CARNAPPING ACT)

This bill aims to expand the definition of carnapping under the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 to include the taking of motor vehicles through deceit or fraudulent schemes, thereby increasing penalties for such acts.
