AGRARIAN AND AGRICULTURAL WRITING OFF OR CONDONATION AND RESTRUCTURING OF LOANS ACT

This bill aims to provide for the writing off of loans or condonation of unpaid interests, penalties, and surcharges of loans secured by farmers, fisherfolk, and agrarian reform beneficiaries from various government agencies.
