PROHIBITING THE USE, WEARING, MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF UNIFORMS OF MEMBERS OF AFP AND PNP
This bill seeks to amend Republic Act No. 493 to prohibit the use, wearing, manufacture, and sale of uniforms and textiles of uniforms of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP). It prescribes stiffer penalties for violations of this prohibition.
COMBAT DUTY AND INCENTIVE PAY ACT
The Combat Duty and Incentive Pay Act aims to establish a system of combat pay and combat incentive pay for members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), and Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). It proposes to increase the Combat Duty Pay to ₱5,000 per month and Combat Incentive Pay to ₱1,000 per day for personnel engaged in actual combat operations.
AFP AND PNP CAMP DEVELOPMENT FUND ACT
The AFP and PNP Camp Development Fund Act aims to establish dedicated funding for the development and improvement of military and police camps in the Philippines, appropriating a total of ₱25 billion for each agency over five years.
