No. 9136, otherwise known as the "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001," amending for the purpose Section 108 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended, and For Other Purposes, which was filed on 12 February 2026. Upon further review, certain corrections and refinements are necessary to ensure that the proposed measure accurately reflects its intended provisions. In light of this, the withdrawal of the said bill is being requested so that a corrected version of the measure may be filed.
