BANKING REFORM FOR INTEGRITY, GOOD GOVERNANCE, HONESTY, AND TRANSPARENCY (BRIGHT) ACT
The Banking Reform for Integrity, Good Governance, Honesty, and Transparency (BRIGHT) Act seeks to change the rules regarding the confidentiality of bank deposits, allowing for more disclosure. It is currently pending further discussion in the Senate.
