No. 8611 By REPRESENTATIVES ESPINA, PUMAREN AND SUANSING (M.A.) AN ACT UPGRADING THE DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN, FROM CLASS "D" TO CLASS "B" AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR Be enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the
2 Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran is hereby upgraded from a Class "D" to a Class 3 "B" district office.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately
include in the Department's program the upgrading of the LTO district office in the 6 Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, the initial funding of which shall be charged 7 against the current years appropriation of the existing LTO district office in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran. Thereafter, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official
Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved,
