No. 8497 BY REPRESENTATIVES CALDERON AND MOMO AN ACT NAMING THE ENTIRE STRETCH OF THE SANTANDER-BARILI-TOLEDO NATIONAL ROAD, TRAVERSING BARANGAYS SAN SEBASTIAN, COLASE, DALAHIKAN, TANGBO, BONBON, POBLACION, AND SUBA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAMBOAN, THROUGH BARANGAYS MANTALONGON, TUBOD, DAKIT, KALUBIHAN, PATUPAT, AZUCENA, SANTA ANA, POBLACION, MAGHANOY, GUIBUANGAN, SAYAW, MINOLOS, AND GIWANON IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARILI, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AS THE PABLO P. GARCIA HIGHWAY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The entire stretch of the Santander-Barili-Toledo National

2 Road, traversing Barangays San Sebastian, Colase, Dalahikan, Tangbo, 3 Bonbon, Poblacion, and Suba in the Municipality of Samboan, through Barangays Mantalongon, Tubod, Dakit, Kalubihan, Patupat, Azucena, Santa Ana, Poblacion, Maghanoy, Guibuangan, Sayaw, Minolos, and Giwanon in the Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu, is hereby named as the Pablo P. Garcia 7 Highway.

SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the

necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following its

publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved,
