SECTION 1. The Bukidnon Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of
Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, is hereby upgraded into a Level Ill general hospital to be known as the Bukidnon General Hospital (BGH), which shall be under direct supervision and control of the Department of Health (DOH).
SEC. 2. Any future increase in bed capacity of the BGH shall be consistent

The Secretary of Health shall, in consultation with the Medica Center Chief of the BGH, determine the additional positions required for the operation of the BGH, subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
SEC. 6. Within one hundred eighty (180) days from the effectivity of this
Act, the DOH shall, in coordination with the Provincial Govemment of Bukidnon, formulate a transition plan for the renationalization of the BGH. The transitio period for the renationalization shall commence immediately upon approval o this Act.
SEC. 7. The Secretary of Health shall immediately include in the
Department's program the implementation of this Act, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act
SEC. 8. If any provision of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the
remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
SEC. 9. All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulation:
