CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TWENTIETH CONGRESS First Regular Session HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES H. No. 7303 BY REPRESENTATIVES ZUBIRI, TANJUATCO, DY (F.), MARCOS AND RIVERA AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 12 OF EVERY YEAR AS THE "FEAST OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE DAY" Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. December 12 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday

2 in the entire country in celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe and shall be referred to as the "Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe Day".

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official
