CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TWENTIETH CONGRESS First Regular Session HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES H. No. 6797 BY REPRESENTATIVES DALOG, BULUT-BEGTANG AND AGYAO AN ACT RENAMING THE FAR NORTH LUZON GENERAL HOSPITAL AND TRAINING CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUNA, PROVINCE OF APAYAO, TO ELIAS K. BULUT, SR. GENERAL HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER Be il enacted by she Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The far North Lazon General Hospital and Iraining Center in the

Municipality of Luna, Province of Apayao, is hereby renamed to Chas K. Bulut, Sr. General Hospital and Medical Center.

SEC. 2. All references to the Far North Luzon Geperal Hospital and Training Center in

existing laws, and rules and regulations, particularly those concerning increases in bed capacity, budgetary allocations, and other rights and privileges, shall continue to apply to the Elias K. Bulut, Sr. General Hospital and Medical Center upon the effectivity of this Act.

SEC. 3. All laws, executive orders, issuances, and rules and regulations inconsistent wit

his Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official
