CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TWENTIETH CONGRESS First Regular Session HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES H. No. 6796 BY REPRESENTATIVES BULUT-BUGTANG, DALOG AND AGYAO AN ACT RENAMING THE CONNER DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONNER, PROVINCE OF APAYAO, TO APAYAO GENERAL HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER Be it enacted hy the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Conner District Hospital in the Municipality of Conner, Province of
Apayao, is hereby renamed to Apayao General Hospital and Medical Center.
SEC. 2. All references to the Conner District Hospital in existing laws, and rules and
regulations, particularly those concerning increases in bed capacity, budgetary allocations, and other rights and privileges, shall continue to apply to the Apayao General Hospital and Medical Center upon the effectivity of this Act. ICC. 3. All laws, executive orders, issuances, and rules and regulations consistent wit his Act are hereby repealed or moditied accordingly
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official
Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. Approved,
