No. 3002 By REPRESENTATIVES GOMEZ AND MOMO AN ACT NAMING THE ROAD COMMENCING AT JUNCTION PALOMPON-MERIDA- ISABEL-ORMOC ROAD IN BARANGAY LIBERTAD AND TRAVERSING BARANGAYS SALVACION AND DAYHAGAN UP TO JUNCTION PALO- CARIGARA-ORMOC ROAD IN THE CITY OF ORMOC, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS THE DR. MAYONG RODRIGUEZ AVENUE Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The road commencing at Junction Palompon-Merida-Isabel-Ormoc Road in
Barangay Libertad and traversing barangays Salvacion and Dayhagan up to Junction Palo- Carigara-Ormoc Road in the City of Ormoc, Province of Leyte, is hereby named as the Dr. Mayong Rodriguez Avenue.
SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules,
orders, and circulars to implement this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette
