No. 2671 BY REPRESENTATIVES GOMEZ AND MOMO AN ACT NAMING THE ROAD COMMENCING FROM BARANGAY SAN JUAN AT THE ORMOC CITY DIVERSION ROAD, TRAVERSING BARANGA VS SAN JUAN, LAO, AND NAUNGAN UNTIL IT ADJOINS THE NAUNGAN COASTAL ROAD IN THE CITY OF ORMOC, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS THE DR. DOMINADOR GOMEZ DIVERSION ROAD Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The road commencing from Barangay San Juan at the Ormoc City Diversion
Road, traversing barangays San Juan, Lao, and Naungan until it adjoins the Naungan Coastal Road in the City of Ormoc, Province of Leyte, is hereby named as the Dr. Dominador Gomez. Diversion 4 Road.
SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules,
6 orders, and circulars to implement this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette
