No. 1539 By REPRESENTATIVES BOLILIA AND MIRAFLORES DECLARING NOVEMBER 11 ON EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYSAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, IN CELEBRATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. November 11 of every year is hereby declared a special (non-working)

holiday in the Municipality of Taysan, Province of Batangas, in celebration of its founding anniversary. $.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifieen (15) days after its publication in the Official

Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved,
