CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TWENTIETH CONGRESS First Regular Session HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES H. No. 1538 BY REPRESENTATIVES BOLILIA AND MIRAPLORES AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 9 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, IN CELEBRATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. June 9 of every year is hereby declared a special (non-working) holiday

in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, in celebration of its founding anniversary.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official

Gazette or in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved,
